UK regtech Encompass Corporation has spent years building EC360 - a corporate digital‑identity platform that aggregates real‑time data, documents, and beneficial‑ownership information from public and private sources.

BNP Paribas invested an undisclosed sum and selected Encompass to deploy EC360 across its corporate‑banking operations.

The goal: streamline client onboarding, reduce manual KYC, and deliver a frictionless yet compliant experience.

Co‑founder & CEO Wayne Johnson believes digital identity is the foundation of future financial services, and the partnership will help shape onboarding for thousands of corporates.

The company generates revenue via enterprise licensing and usage fees, and counts many Tier‑1 banks among its clients.

BNP's vote of confidence signals that digital identity may finally move from buzzword to core infrastructure.
