Skydo built a payments platform for Indian freelancers and SMEs that lets them invoice and get paid in foreign currencies without the FX circus.

The Bengaluru startup processed $300M+ and serves over 20k-30k businesses across 150+ countries. Backed by Susquehanna Asia Venture Capital, Elevation Capital, and Eximius Ventures, Skydo just closed a $10M Series A. It operates under RBI's PA‑CB framework and partners with HDFC Bank, DBS, and Currency Cloud to offer low‑cost FX and local.

Founders Srivatsan Sridhar (ex‑McKinsey, Rupeek, Ola) and Movin Jain (ex‑Barclays trader, product leader at InMobi, Ola, PhonePe) bring deep fintech and mobility chops. With cross‑border freelancing booming, will Skydo become the PayPal of South Asia?
