Its AI agent reviews billboards, social posts and other materials against federal and state regulations and your own brand rules, flagging issues and storing approvals.

Warrant sells B2B via subscriptions and integrations into existing marketing workflows. Founded in 2024 by Austin Carroll, it raised $720K pre‑seed funding in April 2025 and is preparing to expand to the UK and EU.

The edge is an agent that learns from your past approvals and keeps up with new regulations, acting like a junior compliance officer. In a world where rules shift and speed matters, it helps teams launch faster without costly mistakes.
